The Embassy of the Sovereign Order of Malta to the Principality of Monaco expresses its deep sorrow over the sudden passing of H.E. Didier Guillaume, State Minister of Monaco, which occurred on Friday, January 17. Despite serving only four months in office, H.E. Minister Guillaume left an indelible mark on the Principality through his extraordinary dedication, his commitment, and his ability to earn the respect and affection of all.
The “Holy Land Emergency” project, promoted by the Embassy of the Order of Malta in Monaco, was born with the aim of also responding to a specific request for assistance from the Order of Malta in Lebanon. This request, titled “Make a WISH – A Warm Winter”, has been identified as a priority emergency intervention to address the challenges of winter in some of the most vulnerable regions of the country.
Ambassador Alberto Di Luca visited His Excellency Archbishop Dominique-Marie David at the Archdiocese headquarters. The meeting took place in a cordial and collaborative atmosphere and represented an important opportunity to discuss topics of common interest.

Les décorations, conférées par Son Altesse Éminentissime le Prince et Grand Maître Fra’ John T. Dunlap et le Conseil Souverain de l’Ordre de Malte lors de la séance du 20 juin 2024, ont été attribuées à des personnalités éminentes de la Principauté de Monaco.
On 27th November, the elegant setting of Palazzo Parigi, in the heart of Milan, hosted an exclusive Charity Dinner organized by the Embassy of the Sovereign Order of Malta to the Principality of Monaco. Over 300 people from Milan, the Lombardy region, the Principality of Monaco, and France attended the event.
The Embassy of the Sovereign Order of Malta to the Principality of Monaco is organising a Charity Dinner in Milan in aid of the populations in the Holy Land and in favour of the Holy Family Hospital in Bethlehem run by the Order of Malta.
As every year, this 19th November, the Principality of Monaco celebrated the National Day of Monaco, the Sovereign’s Day. This beloved celebration dates back to the reign of Prince Charles III, when the Principality became a modern State, with its national flag, diplomatic representation abroad and treaties signed with foreign powers.
The Embassy of the Sovereign Order of Malta in the Principality of Monaco has launched a project to help rekindle hope for thousands of people in the Holy Land: Sidon in Lebanon, Bethlehem and Gaza in Palestine, Jerusalem in Israel.
