On 16th April, we also launched the project "Make a WISH to the Order of Malta" in the Principality of Monaco. A few days later, we received at the Embassy a request for help from the Association of the Order of Malta in Lebanon, which reached us through our Ambassador in Beirut, H.E. Maria Emerica Cortese.
We receive from the Embassy of the Sovereign Order of Malta to the Republic of Serbia, an informal note that informs us of the great satisfaction of the «team» of Belgrade who participated in “the MouseTrap Car Grand Prix” in the Principality of Monaco from May 11th to 14th.
During the 18th Plenary Assembly of the PAM (Parliamentary Assembly of the Mediterranean) an important part of the work was dedicated to the recognition of humanitarian or political actions within the 31 member countries of the PAM.
Over the last few weeks, the wellknown and tested "Make a WISH to the Order of Malta" project was launched in Monaco. The attentive and effective Ambassador of the Sovereign Order of Malta to Lebanon, H.E. Maria Emerica Cortese, seized the opportunity and sent us her ”WISH” (attached letter).
The Embassy of the Sovereign Military Order of Malta to the Principality of Monaco is promoting an international project called “Make a WISH to the Order of Malta for Education” in collaboration with the “Monaco Mouse Trap Car Race” (https://www.mousetraprace.com/about-us). High school students are invited to promote Science and Engineering with a fun race among model cars designed and built and powered from a real mouse trap.
His Most Reverend Excellency Monsignor Dominique-Marie DAVID received in the Archbishopric the new Ambassador of the Sovereign Military Order of Malta to the Principality of Monaco, Alberto di Luca. It was an opportunity to recall the historical and ancient relationships that bind the Catholic Church to the Sovereign Order of Malta.
Recently Ambassador Alberto di Luca welcomed guests to the new Chancellery at the Park Palace in Monaco for a brief inauguration ceremony of the new Chancellery. We were honoured by the presence of Fra' Nicola Tegoni - Member of the Sovereign Council of the Order of Malta - the Director of the Department of Diplomatic and Consular Relations Marie-Catherine Caruso-Ravera and the President of the Monegasque Association of the Order of Malta Jean Kerwat.
