Her Excellency Ms Daniela MEMMO d'AMELIO was received in an official meeting by H.E. Mr Christophe MIRMAND, Minister of State, and Ms Isabelle BERRO-AMADEÏ, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation, on 27 April 2026, marking a new step in the relations between the Order of Malta and the Principality of Monaco.
This visit, the first ever made by a reigning Pontiff to the Principality of Monaco, holds particular significance for the Order of Malta, whose bonds with the Catholic Church and the Holy See lie at the very heart of its vocation of service and hospitality.
As part of her duties as newly accredited Ambassador to the Principality of Monaco, Her Excellency Ms Daniela MEMMO d'AMELIO paid a courtesy visit to His Grace Monseigneur Dominique-Marie David, Archbishop of Monaco, on 14 March 2026, to pay her respects.
